The Ontario Curriculum has 5 strands in math: Number Sense and Numeration, Geometry and Spatial Sense, Measurement, Data Management and Probability, and Patterns & Algebra. Below are videos and websites that will assist your child with learning all the Grade 3 Learning goals listed.
For teachers, go to EDUGAINS to see a great scope and sequence for the year. I find this very helpful when planning my units.
Practice makes perfect! Make sure you child plays PRODIGY and logs into their KHAN ACADEMY account (if requested) whenever possible.
Khan Academy is a US based website that provides free, "world class education" to everyone. Students who ask will be getting an account with me, and some time during class, to practice their math skills.
