Homework:
1. Math Worksheets---page 40 and 41 2. PRODIGY---Students received an account for PRODIGY today. Their usernames and passwords are on the sheet inside the plastic pouch located in front of their agenda. They should play this game at least twice a week to improve their math skills. PARENTS: Our school board, TCDSB, implemented a new math game called Prodigy in 2014, which was used in over 161 of our 170 elementary and middle schools last year! The game is free, adaptive, and fully aligned to the Ontario math curriculum for grades 1-8. Today, I finally had the time for students to register for their prodigy accounts. Their usernames and passwords are in their agenda. PLEASE keep this sheet inside their agenda, as they will need it for class use. They will have limited opportunity to play PRODIGY in class, and I encourage all kids to try to play it at home, at least twice per week in order to improve on their math skills. The link to PRODIGY is here: https://www.prodigygame.com Prodigy was met with a lot of excitement from our students last year - in 10 months, TCDSB students had answered over 10 million math questions on the game! I hope all students enjoy playing PRODIGY. Comments are closed.
